FRP Grinder - Recycling Systems
This machine is not a mulcher, but similar to hammer-mill. It is built to withstand abrasive fiberglass trimmings and maintains a low temperature; eliminating fear of combustion. The FRP grinder will allow you to maintain the integrity of the fibers for viable reuse. Our grinders are available in four basic models with various screen sizes.

Seawolf Design's No-Roll™
Seven years in the making this spray-up formulation virtually eliminates all rollout labor even when using 1” long chop. No Roll™ uses an internal, high-solid spray laminate mix of up to 25% glass fiber that requires no rollout. Due to its unique design it allows for:

- Faster mold turnover, 3 to 6 minute gel time
- Improved physical product strength
- Reduced water absorption
- Can be applied between 0.040” to 0.500”

Benefits of Natural Additives
Benefits of organic additives in the reinforced plastic composites marketplace are numerous, and include:
- Improved impact strength
- VOCs suppression
- Weight reduction
- Reduce formulation costs
Such additives are well suited for a variety of FRP processes and applications: spray-up, filament winding, RTM, tooling, hand lay-up, casting, press molding.
Natural additives are readily available performance enhancers that can significantly reduce production costs while improving quality. Most additives will interact chemically with the matrix resin and usually are very compatible with unsaturated polyesters.
Traits of a superior formulation incorporating natural fillers include strong chemical bonding, a lower specific gravity than glass and an affinity for styrene.
